- Price : £225 + VAT
- Duration : 1 day
Principles of Timetabling is one of our most popular timetabling courses. The course is valuable both for staff who are completely new to timetabling and experienced timetablers looking for tools and work flows to handle the timetabling process.
The course covers all the principles of creating your school timetable in house right from planning your curriculum, through to a range of checking tools such as contact ratios, conflict matrices and combing charts to name a few.
During the course we will study a variety of curriculum structures such as form-based groups, blocked groups, banded curriculums, consistently setted groups, and shared groups at Post-16.
Delegates will leave this course equipped to manage the timetabling process efficiently, effectively and productively. Over the course of the day you will be able to pose school-specific questions to the course leaders and share experiences with delegates.
An ideal follow on to this course would be to take an introductory course on the software of your choosing. We offer a range of courses on TimeTabler, Nova T6, Facility Scheduler and Timetabling Solutions.
TimeTabler vouchers are available for this course
We operate small groups of a maximum trainer to delegate ratio of 1:8 and you will receive a certificate of attendance.
