We offer a broad range of timetabling training courses, covering everything
from the principles of timetabling through to curriculum and scheduling
workshops. We can also tailor make a training course to your school and
deliver it on site.
Timetabling courses and training throughout the UK
We run scheduled timetabling courses throughout the UK a couple of times a year, but if you are unable to find a
suitable date and venue we can also deliver bespoke on-site training in your school.
The "Principles of timetabling" is one of our most popular courses and can be targeted at both experienced and
new timetablers. The timetabling training on these courses are not software specific and hence suitable for any
schools no matter what MIS you are running.
The timetabling workshops are great opportunities for the timetabler to work on their own school
data with expert help at hand.
"Timetabling for heads of departments" is a course typically delivered on site and targeted to your team.
This course is an excellent way to train your heads of departments to understand and appreciate the timetabling
process. This will greatly improve their involvement during the timetabling season and help eliminate the
common issues arising from department heads not always appreciating the bigger picture and overall constraints.
All our timetabling courses are delivered by trainers with years of practical experience. The groups are kept small (1:8) so each delegate can receive as much individual attention as possible.
