As a school you probably have many part timers and requests for part time. These requests are easy to agree to but is there an impact on the overall timetable?
Flexible working is only going to continue, so understanding how to deal with such requests is paramount!
The course is very hands-on with delegates using TimeTabler right from the start. The course will lead the delegates through all the various part-time/flexible working methods in TimeTabler allowing them to be implemented in school.

- Understand the different types of part timers
- Understand how to build in all the part time/flexible requests
- Understand what impact these constraints may be adding to your timetable
- Understand how to filter to part timers
- Recommendations on batch design
- Running whit-if scenarios
- Use of floating constraints versus special locations

- Users of TimeTabler
- Timetable assistants who are supporting the main timetabler.
Prerequisite
- Be a new or existing TimeTabler user.
- Have an understanding of your school part time requirements
Notes
- This course follows a taught syllabus and uses demonstration data.
- There will not be time to work on your own data during the day, if you wish to work on your own data then please book onto a workshop.
- Course starts at 09:30 and finishes at 4:00
