Facility Scheduler
At MIST Services we were very enthusiastic about Scheduler and offered bespoke training and consultancy on it allowing you to implement the solution as effectively as possible. Sadly CloudSchool pulled out of the MIS market in August 2023 which has meant the end of Scheduler! We just can't bring ourselves to remove our Scheduler page !
Scheduler was ahead of it's time; event driven, time based, drag and drop, travel times and by far the most powerful scheduling tools. Although his did come at a cost - the learning curve and usability! But those who mastered it will certainly miss it. Having spoken to schools who needed to swap they just assumed all products offered the same functionality and were taken by surprise when things that were second nature to Scheduler don't exist in other products.

Principles of timetabling
The course covers all the principles of creating your school timetable in-house right from the planning your curriculum, through to a range of checking tools such as contact ratios, conflict matrices and combing charts to name a few.
Student Options
The course ensures you know how the software operates as well as the work flow required in capturing, analysing and processing the data. So if you operate fixed blocks or preference-led blocking you’ll soon be up and running!
Timetabling workshop days
The timetabling workshop days are an excellent way of getting expert help when it is needed. There is no set agenda as it is set by your individual needs! It doesn’t matter if you are a TimeTabler, Facility Scheduler, Nova T6 or Timetabling Solutions user. All are welcome.
Self-study
On-line courses
Not everyone can attend our training courses in Market Harborough, or you may prefer to self-study. If so, then the self-paced on-line courses allow you to access the materials wherever you have internet access. You get all the training data so you can ‘put into practice’ and re-watch the videos as many times as you require.

Consultancy
Expert help from experienced timetabling consultants, working on your specific data.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer timetabling consultancy days that are right for the school. Whether it is a singe onsite consultancy day (9:30am-4pm unless arranged otherwise) at your school or at our offices or a range of bespoke consultancy days everything is designed to specifically meet your needs.
We do not charge travel or accommodation (within 150 miles of Market Harborough), so the price quoted is the price! If you are further a field then please contact us and we can give you a fixed cost. Training and consultancy days are for up to 4 people, but should you wish extra colleagues to attend then they are charged at £100+vat each.
We also offer International training packages, so please contact us for further information.
We are confident that we deliver the best timetabling related consultancies, but we are also confident that we deliver it at the best price too. Please feel free to compare our consultancies with other consultancy companies and if you find like-for-like cheaper we will match the price (has to be a registered company and VAT registered).
